Delivery Policy

You can place your orders online on our website to addresses within Sri Lanka. We offer a variety of delivery, collection and payment methods online. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt. Our call center team may contact you on the number provided to confirm your order and delivery details if needed. You will receive a text message or a call from our delivery partner confirming that your order has been delivered along with tracking information.

When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. All orders within the country are delivered within 2 – 3 business days excluding public holidays and weekends. If an order is placed on Friday, it will be delivered on the next working day. We also offer home delivery services for orders we received via our WhatsApp number 0711911257  in Sri Lanka. Our agent will also take note of your order over the phone with your contact information and delivery details. After your order is placed, you might receive a call back from our agent in case some of the products are out of stock. You may choose to add/ replace items from your order over this call and your order details will be updated with an invoice at our end. Then you must send the copy or snapshot of the Bank transfer/ remittance slip to the aforementioned WhatsApp number. All orders placed over the phone with accepted payments qualify for the same delivery conditions mentioned above.

While we try to ensure that we deliver within the promised time, all orders are subject to slight delays during peak/ sale periods etc. In such as case, you will receive a call from our agent to inform you about the same. Orders are delivered daily excluding public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement. If our delivery partner is unable to deliver for any reason, our partner will contact you by telephone the following business day to arrange an alternative delivery date. You will be required to sign a delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

However, you are free to opt out our delivery service and you can choose to pick up your package from any of our retail pharmacy stores mentioned in the store locations.

Delivery charges (valid for one order delivered to one address only) will be a fixed fee of Rs. 300 (per 1Kg or less than 1Kg) and  automatically added at checkout based on weight of the order.

In the event of your order value is exceeding Rs. 15,000, Rimaco Healthcare Pharmacy, at the sole discretion of  the management, may decide not to charge this delivery charge fully or part of it.

Products are subject to availability. In the event that a product runs out of stock after we receive your order, we will contact you via the details provided at the time of placing an order to advise you.

In case that incorrect contact details have been provided, redelivery will be charged as per package weight and destination.

Should an incorrect item be dispatched, please contact our customer service team for a pickup and/or replacement as needed. No delivery fee will be charged for this service.
